Toolkits
Frameworks and tooling that speed up engagements, built and used on real projects, not shelfware.
Under the hood: taxonomy alignment engine
"AI" gets used loosely enough that it's worth being specific. At the core of Symphosis is a custom engine that scores ERP technical elements against the full space of standards-based process dimensions simultaneously. Custom or unfamiliar elements get zero-shot-scored by trusted LLMs reasoning directly over their real source code and metadata. Scores are then cross-checked by a second model, with a person stepping in only when the two disagree. Production runs are fast, deterministic lookups against that data: no live model calls, no black box.
Delivery toolkits
Enterprise Intelligence
Business process mapping
Mapping your organization's actual processes against a standards-based taxonomy, independent of which system runs each one.
Key metrics identification
Matched against roughly 2,400 metrics mapped to key business processes, surfacing the ones relevant to how you already operate and flagging ones worth adding to close blind spots or track strategic goals.
Migration & Upgrade Enablement
Phase 0 assessment
Pre-implementation assessment for ERP greenfield and brownfield projects, grounded in actual usage data rather than interviews alone.
Usage-based requirements scoping
Deriving functional requirements and S/4 configuration scope from real transaction and activity data, not stakeholder interviews or tribal knowledge.
Security, Compliance & License Optimization
Security & SoD design toolkit
Authorization and segregation-of-duties design for SAP environments (including migrations), built in from day one, not retrofitted after go-live.
Cloud and on-prem cybersecurity analysis
Security posture analysis across cloud and on-prem environments surrounding your SAP landscape.
Usage-based license optimization
Flagging underused access so you can right-size or reclaim licenses. Built for usage-based SAP licensing under RISE and private cloud.
On the roadmap: an automated static code analysis and scanning tool, built from an existing internal ruleset.
